Record is seeking a HR Generalist to work part time from our London Paddington office.
Position: Human Resources Generalist
Location: London, W2 6HY
Role: 3 days per week, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday on site in our London office

Record's offices are in London, Zürich, New York, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt. We have over 80 staff in our London office.
Duties:
- Manage our HR system, People HR, to become a super user and manage all processes, including:
- Handling starters, leavers, and changes processes with checklists
- Preparing all letters and contracts, reviewing templates
- Uploading data as required
- Running reports for clients and prospects
- Verifying current data
- Responding to PeopleHR queries
- Write and update all HR policies and procedures
- Respond promptly to reference and employment verification requests
- Manage the 360-feedback process
- Handle pre-employment screening and visa processes
- Administer benefit schemes, liaising with brokers and providers
- Lead the HR payroll process and project automation
- Conduct new joiner inductions
- Perform annual salary benchmarking
Support:
- Provide reception and office management support on Thursdays and Fridays in the absence of the Office Manager, including answering phones, greeting guests, and maintaining a suitable working environment.
The Successful Candidate:
- Has HR experience at a mid to senior level and seeks a part-time role
- Can work in our office from 08:00 to 16:30 on designated days
- Offers flexibility to cover holiday periods for the Office Manager
