Job Description
As HR Coordinator, you will support the HR function across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a key point of contact for colleagues and supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR administrative support
- Coordinate recruitment and interviews
- Maintain employee records
- Support onboarding and documentation
- Assist with payroll admin
- Act as first point of contact for HR queries
This is a full time, on site role, working 40 hours per week.
Qualifications- Previous HR experience, preferably in a similar Hotel environment
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive and people-focused
