JOB PURPOSE
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that drive business success. In a dynamic and evolving environment, you will be instrumental in supporting organizational transformation by developing new processes and setting strategic HR standards. Working closely with the HR Director and company managers, you will contribute to optimizing HR costs, fostering talent growth, enhancing internal communication, and ensuring organizational effectiveness. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- HR Cost Analysis & Budgeting: Analyze and monitor HR costs, develop the personnel budget, and identify opportunities for resource optimization.
- Performance & Talent Development: Oversee and implement Performance Evaluation and Talent Development processes, supporting managers and employees in their professional growth.
- Organization & Change Management: Analyze and optimize organizational structures to support the company's evolution, facilitating change and promoting a continuous development culture.
- Internal Communications: Manage and coordinate internal communication activities, fostering transparency, engagement, and alignment with company values.
- Recruiting & Employer Branding: Support the recruitment process to attract top talent and contribute to the development of effective employer branding strategies.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, ensuring a positive work environment, managing conflicts, and addressing workplace concerns.
- HR Advisory & Business Partnership: Act as a reference point for managers and teams, providing guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring the adoption of best practices.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Analyze HR data to monitor trends, measure the impact of initiatives, and support strategic decision-making.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in economics, law, or humanities, with a specialization in HR Management.
- At least 6 years of experience in HR generalist roles within complex environments, with a focus on organizational development, talent management, and internal communication.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor regulations, and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a consultative and business-oriented approach.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to change.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- HR Analytics & reporting capabilities.
- Fluent in English.
