Overview

We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner with real passion and experience in Organisational Development to join our team at a genuinely exciting time. Ideally CIPD Level 7 (or Level 5 with significant equivalent experience) and evidence of relevant continuing CPD.

About The Role

We're launching our new People Plan, strengthening our culture, and investing in how we support, grow and engage our colleagues. This role will lead key parts of our OD, engagement, EDI, culture and organisational design work, while partnering closely with operational leaders to shape the workforce conditions that help teams thrive.

We're looking for someone who brings curiosity, confidence, strong OD insight, and the ability to influence, coach and build momentum across the organisation. Someone who cares about fairness, belonging, great leadership, and making work feel better for people.
