Key Responsibilities for Hull Lead - New Build China

• Manage all aspects of hull construction, from steelwork installation and block assembly to completion and delivery.
• Coordinate resources and schedules to ensure on time, on budget project delivery in line with strict quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor supervisors, welders, fabricators, and subcontractors engaged in hull activities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills for Hull Lead Roles in Shipbuilding
