Hub & Library Advisor - Housing, Benefits & Support

Cardiff Council is seeking a committed individual for a customer service role in the Hubs Team. This position involves providing high-quality advice on various Council services, including Housing Benefit and Welfare advice, and supporting Library services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve enquiries effectively. You will also encourage Library memberships and assist in the delivery of Hub events. Knowledge of Welsh is an advantage.
