HSW Lead for Highways: Safety & Wellbeing

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to join the Highways Connect Plus Services team. The role covers multiple M25 site offices with travel across the network; a company car is provided.

Key duties include day-to-day guidance for HSW advisors, championing HSW, implementing standards locally, and reporting on safety performance. Ideal candidates will have IOSH, NEBOSH, CSCS, and a full driving licence.
