People are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a HSQE Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) function. This is a highly organised, detail-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on compliance, document control and keeping systems running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
  • Maintain and update company management systems and online compliance portals
  • Manage document control processes for ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001
  • Ensure document version control, accessibility and compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain and update COSHH assessments, risk assessments and method statements
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring all documentation is current and compliant
  • Manage and process supply chain and internal Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)
  • Maintain an accurate and compliant supplier database
  • Prepare, compile and distribute board packs for senior management meetings
  • Assist with HSQE performance reporting, trend analysis and compliance updates
  • Manage internal audit administration and audit schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of HSQE training, audits and inspections
  • Coordinate HSQE-related training and awareness sessions
  • Upload, gather and manage compliance documentation across relevant systems
  • Support the HSQE team with general administrative duties
  • Assist with raising purchase orders for HSQE-related services, certifications and registrations
What we're looking for
  • Experience in an HSQE administration or document control role
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 standards
  • A strong understanding of COSHH, risk assessments and compliance documentation
  • Experience managing document control systems and online compliance portals
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience within the construction industry (
