HSEQ Advisor

A leading main building contractor is looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join their team.

The successful candidate will provide HSEQ support across a range of construction projects throughout Donegal, ensuring high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.

• Provide HSEQ support across multiple construction sites
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits
• Ensure compliance with Irish Health & Safety legislation
• Review RAMS, method statements and safe systems of work
• Monitor site compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
• Provide HSEQ guidance to site teams and subcontractors
• Maintain HSEQ records and prepare reports
• Support company HSEQ policies and procedures
• Promote a strong health and safety culture across all sites

• Minimum 5 years' HSEQ experience
• Experience with a main contractor or civil engineering contractor
• Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation
• Experience with site inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Strong understanding of RAMS and construction safety procedures
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work across multiple sites throughout Donegal
• Relevant HSEQ qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent preferred
• Full driving licence

• €60k-€70k, depending on experience
• Company vehicle / travel allowance
• Pension
