HSE Training & Compliance Advisor

Bilfinger UK is seeking an HSE Advisor to join us on site at Saltend in Hull. You will develop and maintain training plans, coordinate inductions, and forecast training needs across project phases to ensure workforce readiness and compliance.

You will deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and essential courses while maintaining records, validating qualifications, and producing regular reports for management and client representatives.
