HSE Strategy Lead: Compliance, Risk & Sustainability

Saab UK is seeking a proactive HSE lead to develop and drive health, safety and environmental management across the Fareham-based Seaeye underwater robotics unit. You will lead audits, ensure regulatory compliance and promote a strong HSE culture within a multi-site manufacturing environment.

The role requires 5-10 years in manufacturing/engineering, strong auditing capabilities, and knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk reduction.
