HSE Lead: Safety, Compliance & Sustainability

Saab UK is seeking a senior HSE leader to support the Seaeye underwater robotics unit in Fareham. You will develop and maintain HSE systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety culture across the site.

The role reports to the Head of Quality Health, Safety & Environmental and requires 5-10 years in manufacturing/engineering with strong auditing experience and knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001. Travel and security screening may apply.
