HSE Lead: Manufacturing & Compliance

Baxi Heating UK Limited is seeking a Health and Safety Lead to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across Preston manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities. You will develop and implement the HSE strategy, ensure legal compliance, and lead training and improvement initiatives while managing HSE budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement to embed a positive safety culture and achieve operational excellence.
