HSE & Facilities Lead, Manufacturing

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE Manager in Tewkesbury to own the Health, Safety, Environmental and Facilities strategy across a complex industrial site. The role reports to senior leadership and involves leading compliance, audits and embedding a proactive safety culture.

The successful candidate will have NEBOSH qualifications and 3-5 years of manufacturing HSE experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and skills in risk assessments, COSHH and contractor management.
