HSE & Compliance Leader - Environment & Energy

Hutchinson Stop-choc Ltd is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Representative to lead HSE management, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and incident investigations within our Reading site. The role requires hands-on leadership to foster a proactive safety culture and ensure ISO 14001/45001/50001 compliance.

You will manage environmental and energy programs, conduct audits, and report KPIs to management.
