HSE & Compliance Leader - Education

Oldham College is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Manager to deliver the College's H&S&E priorities and drive improvements. You will lead policy development, audits, and risk management to ensure legal compliance and best practice.

You will advise senior leaders and governors, promote a positive safety culture, and coordinate relationships with HSE, insurers, and trade union reps, while supervising the H&S team and environmental initiatives.
