We are seeking an interim HSE Advisor to support a large manufacturing client with support on policies and training for a period of 12 weeks.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Health & Safety Manager, the main purpose of the role is to develop the skill set so that systems are embraced by the workforce and correct behaviours are maintained. You will assist with the monitoring of accidents, any investigations and support the delivery of required changes.You will investigate and update site policies ensuring training is delivered, and new strategies are implemented.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in Health & Safety ideally from a manufacturing background, hold a Nebosh General Certificate or equivalent, have strong communication and IT skills, and experience of delivering training in health & safety processes.
