HSE Advisor - Site Safety & Compliance Leader

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a proactive HSE Advisor to join Rolls-Royce Submarines at Raynesway, Derby. You will report to an Operational HSE Manager and help maintain world-class HSE standards using a risk-based approach across our operations.

Key requirements include NEBOSH qualifications, IOSH/IIRSM/IEMA preferred, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A UK nationality and SC security check are required, with full support for clearance where needed.
