Reporting to the HR Director for France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, the HRBP brings the company's values and HR processes to life in the region, which includes around twenty stores under their responsibility.

As a true Business Partner, you will provide close support to managers (Regional Manager, Area Manager, and Store Manager) on a daily basis to address the company's strategic and HR policy challenges.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Frequently traveling to the field to meet teams and be the primary contact for all employees in your region on HR-related matters, providing personalized support and advice in compliance with current legislation.
  • Identifying, recruiting, and integrating the best talents to support the company's growth. Co-constructing and monitoring succession plans for managerial positions.
  • Ensuring the implementation of training and development programs available at the group level to improve employees' skills and performance.
  • Providing close field support to your Area Managers (Store Managers and Assistant Managers) on all HR matters.
  • Participating in and co-leading the competency evaluation, performance evaluation, and salary review processes.
  • Managing employee relations, supporting managers and employees in conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment as well as the KIKO MILANO corporate culture.
  • Handling disciplinary cases in collaboration with managers, ensuring compliance with local labor and HR laws and regulations.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the company's HR policy and compliance with operational and legal procedures.
  • Participating in global and local HR projects to improve HR processes and practices.


Required skills:


  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility, autonomy, and agility.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others.
