HR Vendor Onboarding Lead for Global Projects

TD Securities in London is seeking a Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding of HR vendors for Project Armstrong, coordinating across HR, Procurement, Legal, Privacy and Technology to meet the 1 April 2027 readiness date.

The role requires managing intake, due diligence, contracting and approvals, identifying risks, and developing playbooks and evidence standards to ensure compliant HR engagements across EMEA and APAC.
