HR Transformation & TUPE Admin - FTC

Shackleton Advisers Limited in the United Kingdom seeks an HR Transformation Administrator on a fixed-term basis to support TUPE transfers, maintain employee data and communications, and ensure processes meet legislative and policy requirements.

Reporting to the HR Transformation Lead, you will collaborate with the People team, coordinate consultations, update systems, assist onboarding, and produce project trackers while upholding GDPR standards and delivering a high-quality employee experience.
