We are looking for new talent to join the Training, Learning & Development Team in our Human Resources department!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration on the Annual Training Plan: Actively participate in the development of the company's annual training plan, contributing ideas and supporting the strategic planning of development programs.
- Management of the corporate tool: Administer the corporate training platform, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible to employees. This includes uploading new courses, tracking enrollments, and maintaining records.
- Employee support: Serve as a direct liaison with employees, addressing their requests, resolving queries about training programs, and providing guidance on available development opportunities.
- Interaction with training providers: Establish and maintain communication with external providers, conveying the company's training needs, managing schedules, and negotiating course prices to ensure the best quality and cost.
- Logistical support: Assist in organizing training events, including coordinating spaces, materials, and resources necessary for successful sessions.
- Support in corporate career plans: Collaborate in the management and monitoring of career plans, helping to identify development and growth opportunities for employees within the organization.
- End-to-end trainee recruitment process: Support all stages of the trainee recruitment process, from job posting and candidate selection to integration and monitoring of their development within the company.
Education/Languages:
- Psychology or Business Administration degree
- Fluent in English
Competences
- Proactivity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various levels of the organization.
- Advanced knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ease of learning new technological platforms.
- People oriented and team working
Conditions of the internship:
- 12-month internship with the possibility of hybrid work, important: to live in Madrid
- 35 hours per week (important to be available for morning and afternoon hours from 8:00 to 16:00 during the 12 months)
- Flexible starting time (depending on the needs of the department)
- Agreement and training provided by the company or agreement with current university
- 30 working days of holidays
- Estimated incorporation in mid August
