HR Team Leader 
The Opportunity:

The Job Role:- In this hands-on, full 360 HR role, you will oversee the workload of 2 HR Advisors, reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager. You will manage workflow, serve as the main contact for advice to senior managers, and be responsible for HR compliance and audits.
- You will deputise for the Senior HR Manager and guide the HR team on employment law and legislative updates.
- Drive corporate HR initiatives and change projects, working with a wide variety of managers throughout the business.
- Support disciplinary hearings, grievances, occupational health, and long-term sickness cases.
- Produce HR metrics and conduct daily HR team meetings to report back to the Senior HR Manager.
- CIPD Level 3 minimum, combined with approximately 15 years of experience in a busy HR role.
- Passionate about HR, your career, and supporting others in a busy HR environment.
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance, confidently sharing your extensive experience and knowledge of HR policy, procedures, and legislation.
- Ideally, experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or unionised environment with a diverse workforce.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Note: This role is on-site in Exeter and is not hybrid.
