HR Systems & SAP SuccessFactors Analyst

Beaumont Hospital in Dublin is seeking an HR Business Analyst to support HRIS, SAP EC and ECP, and payroll data. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, ICT and external providers to ensure effective operation of HR systems across the Hospital.

The role includes system configuration, testing, training, SOP development, data validation and reporting, with focus on maintaining data quality and user satisfaction.
