HR Systems & Payroll Transformation Leader

Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced Operational Manager - HR Systems to lead development and delivery of our payroll, HR administration and workforce data services.

You will combine technical payroll expertise with system leadership and strategic change management to maximise value from our HR technology, overseeing payroll and recruitment systems, service improvements and data integrity across the workforce.
