HR Synergy Roadmap & Change Assurance Lead

Government Recruitment Service in Reading is seeking a HR Synergy Roadmap, Planning and Change Assurance Lead to drive the delivery roadmap, TOM inflection points, readiness milestones and go live decisions, coordinating with workstreams and HR Design to sequence design outputs.

The post holder will provide BCM assurance, supervise senior staff, and act as a visible 'Face of Synergy' across Defra HR and government, supporting a major cross government transformation with a substantial budget.
