Client with an EMEA footprint, have a in-flight SAP S/4HANA project. Looking for a Global Process Lead for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), who will be responsible for defining, standardising, and governing global HR core processes enabled by SAP SuccessFactors EC. This role ensures alignment between business requirements, HR operating models, and system capabilities while driving continuous improvement, data integrity, and global process harmonisation.

HR SuccessFactors Global Process Lead - Key Responsibilities:

• Own and govern global end-to-end HR core processes supported by SuccessFactors EC
• Define and maintain global process standards, policies, and documentation
• Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and regional stakeholders to align business requirements with system design and roadmap priorities
• Lead process optimisation initiatives and drive adoption of best practices and standardisation
• Provide subject matter expertise for EC configuration, enhancements, releases, and transformation initiatives
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance with global regulatory and privacy requirements
• Support change management, training, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Collaborate with HRIS and technical teams to manage system updates, testing, and deployment activities

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including global implementations or optimisation programmes.
• Deep understanding of global HR processes, data structures, and HR operating models.
• Experience leading cross-functional and multinational stakeholder groups.
• Strong process governance, change management, and continuous improvement expertise.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy requirements (eg, GDPR).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
