HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist for a multinational engineering company based in Sant Cugat.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support in general HR tasks: recruitment, interviews, headhunting.
• Administration: contract management, liaison with the accounting firm, career plans, various documentation.
• Coordination of address changes, absences, new hires, profile modifications, and onboarding.
• Maintenance of employee lists and management of training and diplomas.
• Payroll management: handling variables and bonuses for the accounting firm (the payroll is processed by them).

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in generalist HR tasks.
• Fluent English.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
