HR Shared Services Leader - People Ops & Systems

gategroup is seeking a motivated HR Administrator lead to oversee end-to-end HR administration across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as deputy to the HRSS Manager, resolving enquiries, supporting payroll changes, leave and benefits, while maintaining GDPR compliance.

You will guide a team of HR Administrators, drive improvements, manage reporting, and contribute to transformation projects with Workday and standard MS Office tools.
