Gousto is seeking a People Services Advisor in Warrington to deliver high-quality, compliant employee lifecycle support for salaried and weekly populations. You will partner with managers, People Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth onboarding, transitions and policy guidance.

You will advise managers on employee relations matters, support process improvements, and help drive automation across People Services.
