HR ServiceNow Project Manager -EU Citizen only

Job Description

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• More than 5 years of proven successful project management experience in the HR field;
• Excellent knowledge of project management standards and best practices;
• Excellent knowledge of project management tools (ServiceNow SPM would be a plus);
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies such as SAFe and PM ;
• Good knowledge of business process analysis, modelling tools and practices;
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including customization and configuration of ServiceNow capabilities for HR-specific solutions;
• Understanding of data security and privacy regulations in HR systems would be a plus (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA);
• Certifications and standards in the following areas would be considered an asset: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified in PM , ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources or any other ServiceNow;
• Excellent command of the English language, and a good understanding of French.
