HR Senior Case advisor

2 Senior HR Case Advisors required to start ASAP, initially for 3 months.
Candidates will need to operate at pace, provide high quality professional advice, and manage a varied and complex employee relations caseload.
Ideal candidates will bring:- Strong experience handling disciplinaries, grievances, workplace performance issues, and complex casework from end to end.
- The ability to confidently guide and influence managers through challenging HR matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the resilience to work with sensitive and sometimes high risk situations.
- Experience working with schools or within an education setting is highly desirable, particularly with knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance and broader safeguarding principles.
- A solutions focused mindset, with the judgment to balance organisational needs with employee wellbeing.
