HR Recruiter (English and Chinese, £35k, Entertainment, London)

Our client is the world's largest e-sports studio chain, operating with over 1,000 stores across 50 cities.

• Performance history in a people/HR related role.
• Expertise in a similar capacity at a fast-growing startup is preferred.
• 2 years of work exposure in HR procurement (preferred).
• Linguistic skills in English and Chinese.
• A record of success in creating and implementing systems and procedures to support the fast scaling of people in dynamic, elevated organizations while sustaining present cultural norms.
• Capable of demonstrating a track record of success in recruiting, career growth, culture, and retention.
• A strategic perspective and the capacity to help managers and individuals on a daily basis.
