Job Description
As Business Manager for HR, you will work closely with the Global Head of HR to drive priorities, strengthen the execution of HR and ensure seamless operations across the HR department. You will play a central role in structuring, organizing, and delivering high-quality project work - with a strong emphasis on clear storytelling, executive-ready materials, and cross-functional process management.Our client is a company seeking a Business Manager for HR, working 80 to 100%. MissionsThis role requires someone who brings a consulting-like mindset, structure, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced HR environment. You will help shape a high-performing, forward-looking HR function by providing analytical clarity, project momentum, and delivery standards. Partner with the Global Head of HR to translate HR priorities into actionable plans and support day-to-day effectiveness. Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and documents for senior leadership and governance, and track the delivery of HR projects across Talent Development, Leadership & Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, People Experience, and broader project follow-up: ensure timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment are managed effectively. Support internal HR by ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned, while acting as a connector across HR teams and stakeholders to enable smooth execution of key programs.Profile5+ years' experience in consulting, HR project roles, or other relevant positions. Ability to structure complex topics and deliver polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations. Strong written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas into compelling presentations. Project management abilities, with comfort in shifting priorities and working under tight deadlines. Proactive, solutions-oriented, with a high sense of ownership and strong interpersonal skills.
