HR Partner: Recruitment, Onboarding & People Experience

Truro & Penwith College is seeking an experienced HR Associate to support colleagues across the College, helping attract, develop and retain talented people while delivering an excellent employee experience.

This role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, based at our campus in Threemilestone, and involves recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR systems, and policy improvements.
