HR Partner, People Experience (Fulfillment Center)

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner for our Fulfillment Center operations. You will support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics, manage employee cases, and collaborate with Payroll and HR Shared Services to drive hiring and engagement initiatives.

As part of the People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team, you will analyze workforce data and help ensure compliance with local employment law, delivering a high-quality associate experience at scale.
