HR Partner & Strategic Workforce Planning Lead

Arabelle Solutions is seeking an HR Partner & Competency Manager to lead recruitment and strategic workforce planning for UK site activities, including internal/external staffing and mobility. You will partner with HR and site leadership to align workforce capabilities with long term objectives.
