HR Operations Team Lead - Shared Services

Pratt & Whitney within RTX is seeking a HR Supervisor to join the People Services team. The role is service-led, focused on first-line HR advice, coaching a small Associate HR Advisors group, and guiding managers and employees through HR processes.

You will handle diverse HR queries via multiple channels, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to knowledge base improvements while collaborating with BU HR teams. A Level 5+ HR qualification and strong communication skills are essential.
