HR Operations Pro: Onboarding, Payroll & HRIS

Catalyx is seeking an HR Operation Specialist to deliver efficient HR admin across the employee lifecycle. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain personnel records, process changes, and support payroll and HR reporting in a busy environment.

You will help implement HR policies, coordinate induction activities, and assist with the rollout of new HRIS. Strong organisational skills and confidentiality are essential.
