HR Operations Lead - Hedge Fund

A leading international hedge fund are looking for a HR Operations Lead to join the business. This role will have a fundamental impact on the growing business and will suit someone who enjoys helping their workforce in untangling problems and making people related processes feel effortless.

In this role, you'll be a go-to-partner for employees, managers and stakeholders, guiding them through policies and processes whilst also contributing to and leading on enterprise-wide HR projects and operational improvements. This work calls for sharp attention to detail and a strong commitment to operational excellence and improvement.

You'll collaborate with employees and teams globally, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR initiatives and learning how different parts of the business come together - curiosity will be key here.

You'll be joining a dedicated, collaborative and established HR team that takes pride in creating an exceptional employee experience and the strategy that guides it.

As HR Operations Lead, you will possess:

• experience across delivering people related projects both as a sole contributor and across teams
• a passion for solving problems and operational excellence
• ability to think at both high and low level with strong attention to detail
• experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• strong experience across the employee lifecycle in a generalist role
