Job Description

Johnston Carmichael is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team in either Edinburgh or Aberdeen. This role focuses on providing high-quality administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, acting as a vital contact point for colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, ideally within a busy HR operations environment, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The position requires confidence in using MS Office and familiarity with Workday would be advantageous.
