Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of London's leading advertising and media agencies. Based in great, central London offices, they work with an impressive portfolio of clients and offer a collaborative, fun, supportive working culture. They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded individual with a solid base of HR experience looking to take the next step in their HR career, joining them as an HR Operations & Insights Analyst.

This would suit someone who is passionate about using data and insights to inform HR decision-making and improve workforce outcomes.

Working with a small but highly effective HR team, the role will include

  • maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data within their HRIS and related systems
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc HR reports and metrics
  • Analysing workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities - translating findings into key insights.
  • Leading on the migration to a new HRIS and helping upskill team members on the new platform
  • Supporting with HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
  • Improving and streamlining existing HR systems and processes

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build HR operations and data & insights skills whilst also being involved in day to day generalist support. It would suit someone with

  • 12 months minimum HR, People or HR operations experience (ideally in the creative industries but open)
  • a keen interest in HR data, metrics and analytics
  • experienced in working with HR systems (HRIS) and managing employee data
  • strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, formulas) and able to analyse data and present insights in a clear, meaningful way.
  • curious about learning more about the media/ advertising sector
  • superb attention to detail
