Tormead School is an academically selective independent school for 800 girls aged 4-18 in Guildford, just 40 minutes from London.
We are seeking a capable, enthusiastic and highly organised HR Officer to join our professional and supportive HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play an important role in the smooth running of HR operations across all areas, delivering high quality HR administration - including end to end recruitment, pre employment checks, onboarding, contracts of employment, absence management, payroll preparation and accurate HR record keeping.
Responsibilities- Delivery of high quality HR administration across all areas.
- End to end recruitment and pre employment checks.
- On boarding, contracts of employment and absence management.
- Payroll preparation and accurate HR record keeping.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll or a regulated environment is advantageous.
- Strong transferable skills and a clear interest in developing in HR.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification, or willingness to work towards one, is welcomed.
