This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident handling both operational HR tasks and employee engagement.You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining compliance, and supporting employees across various departments. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage onboarding processes, including contracts, personnel files, and employee documentation Maintain and update all employee records and HR documentation Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and interview scheduling Administer leave, medical aid, pension, and payroll-related documentation Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual assessments Assist with the development and updating of job descriptions Coordinate training initiatives, including sourcing providers and booking courses Provide HR support and assist with employee queries across departments Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labour legislation Support Health & Safety processes, including maintaining records and committee coordination WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Matric (Grade 12) Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR role within a manufacturing environment Strong administrative and organisational skills High level of confidentiality and professionalism Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment If you are a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional looking to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you Apply Now!
