Job Description

Our partner, active in the hospitality sector, is currently looking for an HR Officer based in Brussels


Our client is a rapidly growing company in the hospitality sector, operating across several sites. They are looking for an HR & People Coordinator to help streamline HR operations, enhance the employee experience, and ensure compliance with local regulations.


  • Enthusiastic about HR and eager to contribute to a fast-moving organization.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and skilled in administrative processes, with a strong people-oriented approach.
  • Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or multi-location companies.
  • Solid knowledge of Belgian payroll (experience with French payroll is a plus).
  • Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in French or Dutch.
  • Proactive, solution-driven, and motivated to support growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding ( 40%): post and manage job openings, coordinate with recruitment agencies, prepare contracts, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
  • HR Administration & Payroll ( 20%): maintain employee records, track attendance and leave, manage payroll in Belgium (and France with external support), and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
  • Training & Development ( 30%): assess training needs, organize learning programs, and monitor outcomes.
  • Employee Support ( 10%): serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries, payroll questions, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Permanent, full-time contract based in Brussels with flexible home office options (up to 2 days/week).
