HR Manager (Mandarin Speaking, £40K, Food Production, London)

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager role for a food production company based in London. The company is a major fresh produce business situated in London that specialises in authentic Asian cuisine. Currently, they are looking for a Mandarin Speaking experienced HR Manager to join the team.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A CIPD certification is strongly recommended.
• Graduates with a level 7 qualification will be the most in-demand.
• An MBA in HRM could be considered alternatively.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated HR generalist experience is required.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills, as well as proven leadership talents and a good understanding of employment legislation and its implementation, are essential.
• Human resource managers should be proactive team members with excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Extensive experience in developing and assisting line managers through transformation.
• It is critical to be able to retain secrecy while still acting with discretion and diplomacy.
• Self motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
