Job Description
Ray SA, a Fribourg-based company founded in the year, is active in the construction of building envelopes, ventilated facades, roofs, and specific constructions. With about 90 employees, the company supports its clients from design to execution for both new projects and renovations in Givisiez (FR), with a branch in Eysins (VD). Rocpan SA, also based in Givisiez, complements the group with its specialized activities in machining and technical elements of facades.In the context of replacing the current position holder, we are looking for a responsible HR % (H/F), to be filled immediately or by agreement.YOUR PROFILE:- Higher education in human resources (certificate, diploma X);- Confirmed experience in a generalist HR role with taking on responsibilities;- Experience in managing a small HR team as well as being a member of the management team;- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurance, and collective labor agreements (CCT);- Comfortable with HR tools and systems (MS Office, ERP, system X, etc.);- Ease in an HR role combining strategy and execution;- Autonomy, rigor, a sense of responsibility, and ability to propose solutions suitable for an SME environment;- Discretion, reliability, and excellent communication skills;- Experience in the construction sector is a plus;- Excellent command of French, both verbal and written; knowledge of German is an advantage.MISSION:As the HR Manager, you play a central role within the company. You define and drive HR policies, advise and support management and managers, lead structuring HR projects, and ensure daily management of human resources for Ray SA and Rocpan SA.HR Management & Development:- Steer and evolve HR in coherence with the company's overall strategy;- Participate in management meetings, Admin/HR meetings, and contribute to HR decisions;- Lead and implement various HR projects.Advisory & Support:- Advise and support management and managers on all HR matters;- Assist managers in team management and sensitive HR issues;- Address complex HR matters.HR Administration:- Ensure daily management of human resources in collaboration with the HR manager;- Structure, formalize, and improve HR processes and procedures;- Ensure legal compliance (labor law, social insurance, CCT, etc.);- Oversee the annual HR closing and payroll process;- Develop, analyze, and monitor employee development & talent management.Supervise and coordinate annual reviews, goal setting, and performance monitoring;- Manage recruitments for Ray SA and Rocpan SA and actively participate in interviews;- Participate in the follow-up and promotion of internal mobility;- Support and assist the HR manager and the assistant;Collaboration & Partnerships:- Ensure the smooth operation of HR tools and systems, as well as the associated management; actively contribute to their maintenance and evolution;- Be the HR contact person for external partners (social insurers, authorities, placement agencies, consultants, etc.);- Contribute to health and safety at work, in collaboration with safety officers.WE OFFER YOU:- A varied and dynamic position within the framework of a replacement, with the takeover of an existing HR scope;- A central, varied, and responsible function;- A human and hands-on working environment;- A stable job in a SME X in the Fribourg canton;- Conditions and benefits including 13 salaries;Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
