Job Description
Shape the people agenda across manufacturing and retail Role Overview

Play a key role in driving people performance at our Castleblayney manufacturing site while supporting our retail operation across Northern Ireland.

This is a broad HR Manager opportunity where you'll partner directly with site leadership, influence culture, develop talent and help create a positive employee experience across both manufacturing and retail. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions locally while being supported by a wider HR team and Centres of Excellence

Key Duties
  • Partner with leaders to deliver the people and engagement strategy.
  • Support around 60 manufacturing colleagues and 130 colleagues across 15 retail stores.
  • Manage recruitment activity from interview through to onboarding and induction.
  • Provide practical, commercially focused advice on employee relations matters.
  • Monitor and improve key people metrics, including recruitment, turnover and absence.
  • Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies, reporting and compliance requirements are maintained.
  • Drive engagement activities that support a positive, high-performing culture.
Ideal Candidate
  • An experienced HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
  • Degree qualified in Human Resources or holding an equivalent qualification.
  • Confident managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Experienced working within a matrix organisation and alongside Centres of Excellence.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic projects with operational HR delivery.Skilled at building trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
  • Organised, commercially aware and confident making informed decisions.
  • Passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
