Ideal candidate: An experienced HR generalist with strong hands on operational expertise, sound judgement, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. CIPD-qualified with proven experience advising managers, leading HR processes, and driving improvements in people practices.
