Job Description
Overview

Provide strategic and operational HR leadership. Drive the people agenda to achieve site and business commitments. Provide full HR generalist support and advice to Managers and colleagues. Lead on complex ER issues. Facilitate harmonious employee relations. Lead, coach and develop the HR team. Ensure compliance in workplace ethics, legal, environmental, and Health and Safety.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Manager role
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Practiced in dealing with trade unions and collective agreements
  • Adaptable and able to work within a rapidly changing environment
